ORT was created by renown Screenwriter of award-winning films, author, film and television producer, a vetted former Department of Homeland Security Immigration Inspector, serving as an Acting Supervisor in the coveted PET (Port Enforcement Team) organization where Davis processed the first narcotics case for the new Department of Homeland Security and graduated with a certificate of outstanding achievement from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, recognized for her outstanding linguistic achievements and abilities.

Concurrently, she was being processed as an FBI Special Agent Candidate. Julia is a native speaker of Russian and the Ukrainian languages with complete fluency in English and Spanish. Julia's linguistic skills and abilities were officially certified by the Federal Bureau of Investigation through the battery of verbal and written examinations, known as the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT), administered by the Department of Defense.

Julia earned a Masters Degree as an Aeronautical Engineer and was accepted to study for her PhD at the coveted Stevens Institute. Julia Davis speaks Russian, Ukrainian, English and Spanish languages fluently and is conversive in several other languages. Davis attended Cal-State Northridge in an accelerated Farsi language course. Julia is eligible to be registered with the California Board of Engineers and was accepted by the United States Navy as an officer candidate for Naval Intelligence.

Julia authored a screenplay for the award-winning film "Forget About It", she is a produced screenwriter for feature films, TV series and documentaries. Julia is currently writing a book, "Until It Happens To You".
